At Solvinity, your days will never be the same. You will be working in an organization where people aim for a common goal and are always on the lookout for new challenges. Everybody has their own part to play and a contribution to make that will serve to inspire others. It doesn’t matter what you do or where in the organization you’re positioned, as long as you’re proud of your role in the team and are prepared to keep growing.
Of course it can’t be all work and no play. During lunch, or simply when you and your coworkers need to get your mind off things, you shoot some pool, or play some darts or foosball. You may need it, because things certainly can grow tense sometimes: we’re working for large players in challenging markets, and we will do anything we can to help these customers in the best possible way – not just by doing what they expect us to do, but by moving beyond that and coming up with unexpected solutions that make all of our lives a little easier.
While doing this, we help each other. We’re exchanging experiences, we stimulate and we challenge, but we’re also simply there to have each other’s back if we need it. Of course we all want to feel good going home at the end of the day (or a little later). But we think it’s equally important that you’re looking forward to come back the next morning!
